In Short

• Position: Remote Paralegal
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 6:00PM (Arizona Time)
• Assist attorneys with case organization and file management
• Draft and format legal documents and correspondence
• Organize and maintain electronic case files
• Perform legal and factual research as assigned
• Prepare documents for filing in Arizona courts
• Track deadlines and maintain calendars
• Request and summarize records as applicable
• Enter and maintain accurate data in case management systems

Requirements

• C1 English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate or law degree preferred
• 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm setting
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Strong understanding of legal processes and deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills
• High attention to detail
