Full Stack Developer - Remote

Overview

As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for leading the development of the MVP and early product by architecting, building, and scaling the core platform, including real-time routing, embedded video infrastructure, and frontend widget/console experiences.

In Short

• Design and implement the real-time dispatch system using technologies like Redis or similar.
• Integrate and/or build WebRTC video infrastructure (LiveKit, Daily, or Twilio) for embedded, token-based instant joins.
• Build the backend services, APIs, and data models that power the platform.
• Develop a responsive frontend widget and agent console using modern frameworks (React, etc.).
• Ship the first usable product quickly and iterate with real users.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on product strategy, architecture, and feature decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of backend languages and frameworks.
• Experience with real-time systems and WebRTC technologies.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks, particularly React.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
