Overview

As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for leading the development of the MVP and early product by architecting, building, and scaling the core platform, including real-time routing, embedded video infrastructure, and frontend widget/console experiences.

In Short

Design and implement the real-time dispatch system using technologies like Redis or similar.
Integrate and/or build WebRTC video infrastructure (LiveKit, Daily, or Twilio) for embedded, token-based instant joins.
Build the backend services, APIs, and data models that power the platform.
Develop a responsive frontend widget and agent console using modern frameworks (React, etc.).
Ship the first usable product quickly and iterate with real users.
Collaborate closely with the founder on product strategy, architecture, and feature decisions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong knowledge of backend languages and frameworks.
Experience with real-time systems and WebRTC technologies.
Proficiency in frontend frameworks, particularly React.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
