In Short

• Develop and maintain financially-critical systems used by a rapidly growing global customer base, processing hundreds of millions of dollars per month.
• Work primarily with backend systems written in Go, and migrate legacy services from PHP.
• Collaborate with engineers and non-technical colleagues, as well as work independently.
• Design a stable and high-quality platform by implementing testing strategies.
• Practice DevOps: responsible for getting code to production and monitoring performance.

Requirements

• Solid development background with Go (PHP experience is a bonus).
• Experience designing and building critical systems in a cloud-based environment in AWS.
• Enjoy collaborating with technical and non-technical departments.
• Proactive attitude towards improving code and team processes.
• Take pride in what you build.
• Intellectually curious about payments, finance, and infosec.
