In Short

Manage end-to-end customer billing experience, from account setup to policy education
Handle complex account onboarding for enterprise customers
Resolve billing disputes and escalations through cross-team collaboration
Serve as primary contact for billing inquiries and troubleshooting
Maintain billing documentation and contribute to knowledge bases

Requirements

2+ years of experience in billing, customer support, or finance (preferably in SaaS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with customer-first approach
Experience with billing systems and CRM platforms preferred
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Excel and financial analysis proficiency a plus
Excellent communication skills
Experience in matrixed reporting structures
Cross-functional collaboration skills
