Overview

The Purchaser/Procurement Professional will assess purchasing needs, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

• Location: Heerlen, Eindhoven or Born - The Netherlands.
• Schedule: On-site for the first 4 months, hybrid after that.
• Full-time employment.
• Analyze purchasing needs and develop specifications.
• Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and performance.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
• Process purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP-driven requirements planning.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Proactive and result-driven.
