In Short

• Lead a specialized strike team building at the edge of Solana’s performance frontier.
• Drive design, development, and deployment of infrastructure experiments across MEV, Staking, DeFi.
• Architect Solana-native programs and off-chain systems.
• Rapidly ship high-impact R&D initiatives through iterative development cycles.
• Collaborate across product, validator operators, and Solana ecosystem players.
• Mentor a small team of Solana engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Set technical direction for initiatives on MEV optimization and validator design.
• Serve as the key engineering interface with top-tier stakeholders.

• Strong software engineering skills with a focus on performance.
