Senior Data Analyst (Solana) - Remote

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive data analytics for the Solana forward and empower P2P.org with reliable, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll focus on building and optimizing data marts for the Solana ecosystem, ensuring end-to-end data integrity and quality. You will also perform research and analysis to identify opportunities and improve performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise and business acumen, turning complex datasets into meaningful narratives that support decision-making and unlock new growth opportunities. In Short

• Develop automated Solana-related data processing pipelines as well as optimize/refactor existing pipelines.
• Ensure data is available for newly launched networks.
• Perform research and ad-hoc analysis across Solana related networks.
• Develop informative dashboards for the team, company, and community.
• Contribute to company-level reporting and communication with partners and projects.
• Explore the blockchain ecosystem to uncover potential opportunities and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling techniques.
• Competence with the analytical Python stack.
• Experience working with ETL instruments such as Airflow and dbt.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL, including different joins and window expressions.
• Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset, Looker).
• Data storytelling skills and the ability to form and defend opinions with data.
• Data research skills, including probability theory and mathematical statistics.
• Fluent in English: B2+
• Knowledge in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is considered a plus!
