E-Commerce & Retention Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven E-Commerce & Retention Marketing Manager to lead the performance, growth, and optimization of our e-commerce site and customer lifecycle marketing.

In Short

• Own the daily performance and optimization of the e-commerce site (Shopify).
• Lead brand/product merchandising, collections, launches, and content uploads.
• Develop and execute on promotional calendars and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key site metrics: traffic, sales, conversion rate, AOV, etc.
• Implement and optimize upsell/cross-sell strategies on PDPs and cart.
• Lead the retention strategy through email marketing, SMS and automated flows.
• Own the email campaign calendar, partnering with editorial and creative.
• Segment audiences and test different email approaches to improve engagement.
• Own Klaviyo, including reporting, list hygiene, and integrations with Shopify.
• Monitor key retention KPIs: revenue, repeat purchase rate, CLTV, subscriber growth.

Requirements

• Experience in E-Commerce management and retention marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on key metrics.
• Proficiency in Shopify and Klaviyo.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Experience developing promotional calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
• Data-driven mindset to identify opportunities for growth.
