Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience as a Case Manager in a U.S. law firm is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lemon Law is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Hubspot and/or Filevine is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Amenable to work during U.S. business hours.
