In this role, you will become a key player in the leasing operations. Based in the Philippines, this role is pivotal in managing incoming leads, engaging prospects effectively, and facilitating the conversion of inquiries into leases.

In Short

• Efficiently manage incoming leasing inquiries via email, phone, text, and chat.
• Develop strong relationships with prospects to identify their needs and housing preferences.
• Match prospects with suitable apartment options, offering alternatives as necessary.
• Schedule and coordinate both virtual and onsite property tours.
• Ensure properties are prepared and presentable for scheduled tours.
• Achieve monthly targets for converting leads to appointments.
• Utilize Funnel software to track and manage lead interactions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process.
• Proactively follow up with prospects to secure appointments and facilitate leasing applications.
• Collaborate with prospects to ensure smooth application and leasing transactions.
