• Define and implement a robust organic user acquisition strategy focused on SEO and content optimization
• Prioritize top opportunities and align efforts across product, content, and marketing teams
• Conduct market research to uncover new traffic growth opportunities
• Communicate and promote high-impact acquisition plans
• Design and implement rapid testing frameworks
• Utilize analytics tools to generate business insights
• Forecast audience growth and identify trends
• Own the organic user acquisition top-line
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management
• Implement innovative SEO strategies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SEO
• Demonstrated track record of delivering business outcomes
• Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships
• Experience building content roadmaps
• Experience with analyzing consumer needs
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience in financial services or personal finance knowledge
