This role will involve handling administrative duties, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional support to our team and clients remotely.

  • Verify dental insurance coverage for patients and process claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of insurance details and patient information.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, uploading, and document management.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and reminders for patients.
  • Manage social media on idle time.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, or chat.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and scheduling.
  • Assist in managing billing and payment processes.
  • Conduct research on dental procedures, insurance policies, and industry updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the dental team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in a dental setting.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance verification processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to necessary software/tools for remote work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
