Full Stack Developer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to our innovative projects. This role involves building and maintaining integrations with platforms such as Segment.io, PostHog, HubSpot, and Salesforce, while supporting AI-driven data orchestration and analytics. You will assist in onboarding new clients with customized configurations, provide rapid resolution for bug fixes and production support, and implement code using Lovable. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently. You will be working on a part-time basis with the opportunity to transition to full time 40 hours per week during US business hours, with weekly payment.

In Short

• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services that connect PathFinder with third-party platforms (e.g., Segment, HubSpot, Salesforce, PostHog)
• Contribute to our React.js-based frontend UI for clients to interact with dashboards and insights
• Build and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines for AI models and customer data processing
• Collaborate with Customer Success to support onboarding configurations and client data needs
• Troubleshoot bugs, develop patches, and ensure production reliability
• Improve CI/CD workflows for faster, more reliable deployments
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability best practices
  

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in full stack development (Node.js, React.js)
• Proven experience with API integrations and data platforms like Segment.io
• Strong understanding of database design, data pipelines, and analytics tooling
• Familiarity with cloud-native development, security best practices, and scalable architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in debugging production issues
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, AI/ML, and customer success teams
• Bonus: Experience with AI APIs like OpenAI and knowledge of observability platforms like Datadog or Sentry
