Digital Marketing Manager – End-to-End - Remote

Overview

OutsourcedIn is hiring a highly strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to support a fast-growing AI Certification Body (Not-for-Profit). This is a blank canvas role where you will build, execute, and optimise the entire digital marketing function—from strategy through to execution.

In Short

• Develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy.
• Map full-funnel journeys: Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retention.
• Build and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage email nurture sequences and lifecycle marketing flows.
• Oversee content strategy across social media platforms.
• Own SEO roadmap including keyword research and content planning.
• Track and report on traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Continuously optimise campaigns and funnels based on performance data.
• Work independently and take full ownership of marketing functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end digital marketing.
• Proven track record in building funnels and running paid ads.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with email platforms like Klaviyo and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with CRM/automation tools.
• Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush.
