Supporting multiple franchise locations remotely, this role is a fantastic opportunity to dive into the fitness industry and be a part of helping members achieve their health goals. You will work alongside our energetic sales and marketing teams, managing outreach and promoting membership growth through dynamic campaigns and engagement strategies. With a strong passion for fitness and a knack for marketing, you’ll be on the front lines of engaging members, supporting promotions, and assisting with operational tasks across multiple fitness studios.

In Short

• Conduct winback campaigns to re-engage former and inactive gym members through personalized communication.
• Handle lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups for new membership inquiries.
• Create engaging content for social media and manage online presence.
• Engage with clients via email, phone, and social media.
• Plan and execute promotional events and community engagement activities.
• Manage member data accuracy and updates in MindBody Online (MBO).
• Support workflow automation and streamline communication processes.
• Track marketing metrics and analyze campaign success.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
