In Short

• Review and verify loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Collect and analyze financial documentation from clients.
• Work with underwriters and loan officers for timely processing.
• Maintain organized loan files and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and update clients on loan application status.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Collect and code documents received from clients.
• Run third-party checks on Key Principals and Entities.
• Enter financial data into models for loan sizing.
• Update deal statuses and participate in underwriting meetings.
