Overview

As the Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics, you will design the analytics & BI strategy from the ground up, partnering with various teams to optimize decision-making and promote a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or strategy, preferably in SaaS.
• 2+ years managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, etc.).
• Hands-on expertise with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, etc.).
• Strong communication skills for translating analyses into recommendations.
• Experience leading analytics teams and creating performance-focused culture.
• Understanding of B2B sales demand generation and forecasting.
• Ability to analyze large data sets for business insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working relationships.
