• We are looking for a full-time remote Technical Project Manager.
• Manage a team of engineers to ensure timely project completion.
• Create and optimize internal management processes.
• Set up sprints, deadlines, and Gantt charts.
• Communicate with executives, clients, and team members.
• Define project responsibilities among team members.
• Schedule and lead regular team meetings.
• Document important decisions made during meetings.
• At least 6 years of technical background required.
• Experience with software development and web technologies preferred.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development and web technologies.
• Experience in project development or management role.
• Experience managing full-cycle software projects.
• Experience managing engineers and QA.
• Strong leadership and accountability skills.
• Experience with SEO best practices.
• Ability to foresee challenges proactively.
• Exposure to startup environments and agile methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
