• Support day-to-day operations and maintain systems.

• Track expenses and process invoices.
• Help gather information for compliance filings.
• Update website pages and manage content.
• Handle ad hoc admin tasks and QA.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations or admin roles required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills needed.

Requirements

• Experience in operational areas such as tooling, finance, or documentation.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with tools like Notion and Google Workspace.
• Reliable and proactive in completing tasks.
• Exposure to startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.
