In Short

• Recruit 2 Recruiters for a 6-month fixed term with potential extension.
• Focus on full-cycle recruiting in supply chain & business ops or hardware & core tech.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing and closing candidates.
• Build a diverse talent pipeline using creative sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Partner with the recruiting team to build efficient processes.
• Act as an advocate for both the company and candidates.
• Experience with Green House ATS is a plus.
• Work remotely with a preference for candidates near San Diego or San Francisco.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Background in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience in supply chain or hardware recruiting.
• Ability to create robust pipelines through active sourcing.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams.
• Proven track record in improving candidate experience.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in organizational design and talent acquisition.
• Proficient in using ATS tools.
