Recruiter (Procurement & Supply Chain) - Remote

Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and providing proactive communication on the status of the search.

In Short

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications.
• Review candidates via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Source candidates using Boolean search techniques and various media.
• Engage candidates and prepare them for interviews.
• Utilize recruitment marketing plans to attract candidates.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting regulations.
• Provide regular reporting of recruiting activities.
• Continuously build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.
