In Short

• Responsible for planning, budgeting, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management.
• Develop long-term business strategies aligned with key stakeholders.
• Analyze capital plans and ensure accurate cost and schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Finance leaders.
• Manage documentation and business process flows.
• Lead ongoing category management activities.
• Develop RFP packages and lead competitive sourcing events.
• Track and manage equipment inventory locations.
• Travel 20% to CoreWeave sites and events.
• Manage day-to-day administrative activities with the OFCI supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or certificate in Construction Management.
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience in Sourcing/Procurement/Project Management.
• Five or more years of direct experience in global supply chain management.
• Experience in Facility Management and Critical Electrical and Mechanical Equipment.
• Five or more years of experience leading a team.
• Experienced in data center construction.
• Ability to resolve conflict and solve problems.
