Overview

The Nonprofit Fundraising Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations of the nonprofit fundraising team, guiding interns and volunteers, and managing grant writing and donor outreach processes to support the mission of reducing partisanship and promoting effective solutions to America’s challenges.

Requirements

• Experience in Nonprofit management or fundraising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Responsive and effective communicator.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.
• Google Workspace experience required.
• Experience with data-keeping preferred.
• Satisfactory organization skills.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Attend organization-wide meetings bi-weekly.
• Lead Nonprofit Fundraising team meetings.
