Overview

The position is for a working student in IT project management at OTTO FUCHS, where the candidate will support various project management tasks and gain practical insights into the field.

In Short

• Maintain and update project management tools and databases
• Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, status reports, and presentations
• Conduct research and analysis to provide informed decision-making support
• Help in the further development of IT project management processes
• Prepare for and follow up on meetings and workshops, including organizational and administrative tasks
• Flexible working hours of 10-15 hours per week

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Informatics or a comparable field
• Enjoyment of administrative tasks and structured workflows
• Basic knowledge of project management is advantageous
• Very good German and English language skills
• Team player with strong communication skills and initiative
• High degree of responsibility, diligence, and flexibility
