Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for managing technical projects within the Test & Certification team at Otto Aviation, ensuring high-quality deliverables on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems or Software Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical program/project management.
• Experience in aviation industry preferred.
• Lab test and flight test experience.
• Project management in complex systems integration.
• Experience with composite material systems.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JAMA, Jira.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
