Overview

The HRIS Specialist – Dayforce serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Ceridian Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) system, responsible for system configuration, data integrity, reporting, user support, and process optimization.

In Short

  • Act as the primary administrator for Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Manage system configuration, implementation, updates, and maintenance.
  • Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports for decision-making.
  • Provide support for Dayforce users and create user documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders for system enhancements.
  • Streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Manage employee data imports/exports and lifecycle transactions.
  • Analyze data trends for process improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with legislation and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience administering Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Proficiency in XML coding.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding and payroll.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
