Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in Verint or similar workforce management software.
• Minimum 3 years resource planning or operational experience in a multi-site environment.
• Minimum 3 years experience with Avaya CMS Supervisor or similar ACD systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with Tableau and PowerBI is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel to on-site locations if needed.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
