Senior Analyst (External Financial Reporting & Analysis) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Analyst at CVS Health, you will play a vital role in the coordination and preparation of financial statement filings with the SEC, contributing to the financial health and transparency of the organization.

In Short

• Assist in SEC filings including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and 11-K.
• Prepare various footnote support for quarterly and annual filings.
• Review materials for Investor Relations public presentations.
• Aid in summarizing company financial performance for management.
• Assist in the filing of legal entity GAAP financial statements.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance to senior managers on projects.
• Support the internal documentation review with auditors.
• Build relationships across the enterprise for coordination.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Detail-oriented self-starter.
• Understanding of project management tools.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with all levels.
• Big 4 Public Accounting experience preferred.
• CPA preferred or plans to pursue.
• Experience in Retail, Pharmacy Benefit Management, or Insurance is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
