  • Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to process and synthesize data for actionable solutions.
  • Experience in specialty pharmacy workflows.
  • Understanding of business process improvement.
  • PowerPoint proficiency for executive presentations.
  • Six Sigma Certification preferred.
