Overview

The Medicaid Network Provider Relations Manager oversees Medicaid Provider Experience programs, ensuring provider satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with Network Providers.

  • Research and handle contract-related issues.
  • Conduct provider training and orientations.
  • Create and manage provider-facing communications.

  • Attend Plan committee meetings as needed.
  • Document visits and encounters in CRM.
  • Travel within Illinois Market - approximately 20%.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Illinois.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Medicaid Regulatory Standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • 3+ years' experience in Medicaid Managed Care.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
