Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with complex databases and research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Preferred experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management.
  • Preferred experience in Medicare grievance analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
