Overview

The Financial Analyst - CASH RECONCILIATION is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation, and dissemination of complex data sets, focusing on accuracy and customer service.

In Short

• Responsible for cash reconciliation and finance-related transactions.
• Work during night shift corresponding to US EST hours.
• Provide accurate and timely turnaround on payables.
• Utilize complex cost center and intercompany allocation methodologies.
• Assist with journal entries and vendor management.
• Provide data analytics and generate electronic invoices.
• Deliver customer service to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.
• Meet deliverables for monthly and quarterly financial close.
• Flexible schedule may be required during quarter close.

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related discipline.
• Knowledge and experience in insurance accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Technical knowledge of reinsurance terms and cash settlement practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Flexibility with schedule as needed.
• Extra time may be required during financial reporting close.
