The Eligibility Consultant at CVS Health is responsible for verifying enrollment statuses, maintaining databases, and addressing various enrollment-related inquiries, contributing to a more connected and compassionate health care experience.

In Short

• Verify enrollment status and maintain member/client records.
• Address eligibility and billing-related issues.
• Monitor daily status reports for trends impacting service levels.
• Validate benefit plan enrollment information.
• Coordinate the distribution of membership ID cards.
• Perform data entry related to enrollment processes.
• Review and correct transaction errors impacting eligibility.
• Communicate standard service charges to clients.
• Collaborate with other functions for eligibility information release.
• Work full-time between 9:00am and 6:00pm EST.
