Requirements

  • 1 year of Case Management or Medical Front office experience.
  • 3 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and utilize multiple systems.
  • Basic pharmaceutical knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing workflows.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
  • Ability to learn new computer applications quickly.
  • Experience with adjudication platforms is a plus.
