Overview

We are hiring a Team Lead, Member and Provider Services to join our Member and Provider Services team at Oscar, the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a focus on serving our members.

In Short

  • Lead a team of support staff in achieving operational goals.
  • Drive goals and KPIs for the team.
  • Partner with other teams to enhance workflow efficiencies.
  • Manage team performance and provide coaching.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and action planning.
  • Facilitate team huddles and communication.
  • Support a culture of engagement and inclusivity.
  • Implement best practices across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in operations or customer service.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience using data to drive improvements.
  • Familiarity with LEAN practices.
  • 1+ year working with BPO vendors.
  • Experience with remote teams.
