The Associate, Provider Experience Strategy is responsible for working cross functionally with teams across Oscar to drive forward initiatives that directly contribute to an improved experience for our providers.

Requirements

• 3+ years in strategy and operations, consulting or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project/program delivery.
• Experience using data for strategic decisions.
• Executed enterprise-wide initiatives successfully.
