Lyra Health is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch to help people feel emotionally healthy at work and at home. The Growth Strategy Senior Associate will help drive long term growth strategy for Lyra Care clinical programs.

• Serve as key advisor to operations leadership on program growth strategy.
• Own and drive overall strategy for forecasting demand and building provider supply.
• Track program performance against forecasts and report to executive audiences.
• Explore new metrics to improve forecasting models.

• 4+ years experience in management consulting or related fields.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills required.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics effectively.
• Passion for expanding access to mental health care.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or digital health.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter.
• Strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage relationships cross-functionally.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
