Overview

The Manager/ Senior Manager, Clinical Outsourcing is responsible for supporting business aspects of vendor and site agreements across defined clinical service providers and other outsourcing needs for current and future clinical trials.

• Assist in developing the Clinical Outsourcing function.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical.
• Understanding of drug development and clinical operations.
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
• Experience in RFI/RFP development and contract management.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• High sense of accountability and urgency.
