• Own Payroll Plus execution end-to-end including roadmap planning and delivery tracking.

• Drive discovery and scope MVPs balancing speed, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• Based in North Rhine Westphalia with fluent German (C1+).
• 2–5+ years’ experience in product management or a founder-facing role.
• Strong product intuition with the ability to break down complex problems.
• Exceptional ownership mindset and proactive approach.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Clear communication and writing skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
