Overview

Orchid Security is seeking an experienced Technical Support/Delivery Engineer to provide exceptional customer support and resolve technical issues related to cloud technologies and enterprise identity security.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support issues.
  • Take ownership of customer issues from troubleshooting to resolution.
  • Provide clear guidance for deploying and integrating Orchid solutions.
  • Document and report product bugs to engineering teams.
  • Maintain and contribute to the support knowledge base.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Advocate for customers to ensure timely problem resolution.
  • Utilize SFDC or similar systems for issue documentation.
  • Translate customer issues into engineering reports via JIRA.
  • Experience with REST APIs and web app troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer support or related roles.
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
  • Cross-platform OS knowledge (Mac, Linux, Windows).
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Experience with CRM and bug reporting systems.
  • Broad knowledge of information security concepts.
  • Ability to write basic scripts.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Calm under pressure in customer situations.
