Marketing Operations Manager - Remote

At Orca AI, we are on a mission to make shipping companies rethink the way they operate and empower their crews with AI and automation for a safer and more efficient maritime industry. You will be the first Marketing Ops hire (reporting to the VP Marketing) and will have the opportunity to build this domain from ground up. You will have a lot of autonomy and opportunity to own your domain, make an impact, and drive change.

In Short

• Support the Marketing team in executing live and virtual events.
• Responsible for sending email campaigns and personalized nurture programs.
• Manage HubSpot, Salesforce, and WordPress.
• Monitor and manage HubSpot/Salesforce sync.
• Champion data quality and ensure data is clean and normalized.
• Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Tableau.
• 2-4 years of experience in HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong project management skills.
• HubSpot Marketing Software certified preferred.
• Knowledge of WordPress website maintenance.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in HubSpot and SF, executing campaigns and developing operational systems.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes (lead routing, BDR qualification, etc.).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results.
• HubSpot Marketing Software certified and/or Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience with WordPress website maintenance and upkeep.
