Director of Product Management - Sexual Health - Remote

Overview

The Director, Product Management – Sexual Health will play a key role in driving growth of the Diagnostics business at OraSure, overseeing the product roadmap and business strategy for sexual health rapid testing technologies.

In Short

• Lead a team in developing and executing a multi-year product roadmap for the sexual health business.
• Establish and execute product lifecycle management plans for each product line.
• Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams for product development projects.
• Maintain a prioritized list of product initiatives and ensure support and resourcing.
• Serve as a product, market, and disease-state expert.
• Lead the development of the sexual health business growth strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitive research activities.
• Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and advocacy organizations.
• Work with sales leadership to ensure support for key accounts.
• Manage a team of direct reports and coach talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or science related field; PhD or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in medical devices.
• Prior experience in the sexual health space is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of leading successful new product introductions.
• Experience conducting market research studies.
• Experience working directly with a sales team.
• Experience developing key opinion leader relationships.
• Ability to lead teams in completing complex projects.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the US/Canada and internationally.
