Product Manager - Oracle Field Service - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to support customers globally on Oracle Field Service on a wide range of technical areas. This position will help in expanding our customers understanding and utilization of the Oracle Field Service Product and to help promote and enforce Oracle policies related to Oracle Cloud solutions.

In Short

• Develop deep functional knowledge of Oracle Field Service products.
• Understand and document customer business problems.
• Manage process changes related to Oracle Field Service utilization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud solution.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or product management.
• Knowledge of cloud-based software implementation methodology (Agile).
• Experience translating business issues into requirements.
• Hands-on experience with development teams through product life-cycle.
• Passion for technology and self-starter attitude.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and work both onsite and remotely.
• Self-motivated and collaborative style.
