Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Optimal Dynamics, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment of our cutting-edge decision-making platform within the logistics and transportation industry.

In Short

• Lead complex solution deployments from scoping to post-deployment support.
• Oversee platform configuration and integration with customer workflows.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and model calibration for optimal performance.
• Develop and deliver user training programs for effective platform utilization.
• Provide hyper-care support during the transition to ongoing operations.
• Analyze deployment outcomes for continuous improvement.

• Travel up to 50% for project phases as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or FreightTech deployment.
• Experience working with senior-level IT and Operations personnel.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with various management levels.
• High level of initiative and hustle.
• Able to work independently, as the role is remote.
