Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Manager to lead organizational change management and training activities across technology solution initiatives and related releases.

In Short

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in change management or training.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French.
  • Experience in designing and delivering various training formats.
  • Ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in compliance-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in business tools for documentation and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage priorities.
