Training Manager - Remote

Overview

The Training Manager will support the Director, Learning & Development in designing and delivering effective training programs for Sodexo Live!'s leadership and frontline teams, both in person and virtually. This role is responsible for developing brand-specific and line-of-business-specific training content that supports company strategic goals.

• Facilitate interactive workshops to leadership and frontline employees, both virtually and in person.
• Ensure training sessions are effective, engaging, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of employees at all levels.
• Skilled at influencing and relationship management.
• Design and develop venue-specific and line-of-business-specific training materials.
• Develop engaging training content including presentations, handouts, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Utilize instructional design methodologies to create easy-to-digest training materials.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance data.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance data.
• Support national rollout of the Mapal LMS across all Sodexo Live! NORAM units.
• Collaborate with Mapal support teams and Sodexo Live! IT to manage system updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in developing and delivering engaging training programs.
• Experience in creating both in-person and virtual training content.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Fluent Spanish speaker is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
