The Provider Scheduling Specialist (ABA) is responsible for managing day-of scheduling, cancellations, reschedules, and session make-ups for ABA therapy providers, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or healthcare operations.
• Significant advantage for ABA or autism-care scheduling experience.
• Fluent, neutral U.S. English with excellent phone presence.
• Empathetic communicator with a friendly tone.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Aloha or similar scheduling tools.
• Spanish fluency is highly beneficial.
