We are seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist to manage customer invoicing, payment tracking, and collections with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Experience with Basecamp, Square App, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
• Strong understanding of invoicing and collections processes
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
