Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with hands-on experience using Coupa to manage invoicing, vendor setup, and collections.

In Short

• Manage vendor setup and administration in Coupa and similar portals.
• Create and submit accurate PO and non-PO invoices.
• Own and monitor AR aging and prioritize outreach.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for buyer-side AP/vendor management teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and checklists for vendor portal submissions.
• Report weekly on key metrics including DSO and invoice cycle time.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple submissions.
• Proficiency with Coupa and solid Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• 2-5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations.
• Clear and professional written communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally in services or SaaS.
• Proficiency with Coupa for supplier registration and invoicing.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with accounting systems like QuickBooks or NetSuite is a plus.
• Clear communication skills for AP correspondence.
