Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with hands-on experience using Coupa to manage invoicing, vendor setup, and collections. In this role, you'll own end-to-end AR processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.

In Short

• Manage vendor setup and administration in Coupa and similar portals.
• Create and submit accurate PO and non-PO invoices.
• Own and monitor AR aging; prioritize outreach and schedule follow-ups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for buyer-side AP/vendor management teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and checklists for vendor portal submissions.
• Report weekly on key metrics including DSO and collections progress.
• Strong organizational skills required for managing multiple submissions.
• Proficiency with Coupa and accounting systems is essential.
• Clear communication skills are necessary for AP correspondence.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally in services or SaaS.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations.
• Proficiency with Coupa and vendor management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with accounting systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero is a plus.
• Clear and professional written communication skills.
